Ingredients
1/2 Cup of cooked corned beef
(diced)
1/4 Cup of sauerkraut (squeezed and drained)
1/4 Cup of Gruyere cheese (shredded)
4 ounces low-fat
cream cheese (room temperature)
1 tsp of WildCheff Mediterranean Blend
1/4 Cup of thousand island dressing
Directions
Mix everything in a large bowl.
Pour the mixture into a small
baking dish.
Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven until bubbling on the sides and golden brown on top, about 20 minutes. Serve with toasted pumpernickel bread or crackers.
