One of the predominant reasons we enjoy various foods is due to each food having a distinct note of flavor that excites our palate. Many individuals are seeking a means to heighten the flavor of their food by accenting it with a background flavor. Traditionally, school-trained chefs have utilized flavored olive oils as a finishing oil for vinaigrettes or to top a dish with. Sorry folks, as always I believe in breaking the mold!!! In our cooking you need to have fun and experience new taste sensations, so I have worked with an artisan producer in California to create a series of WildCheff Flavored Olive Oils that you will surely get excited about!!! They are great way to coat your fish, game, organic meats and veggies to add moisture and flavor in a healthy manner! They also work extremely well for homemade salad dressings, dipping oils, salads and many other applications. WildCheff flavored olive oils are made naturally with Mission or Arbequina olives grown in California that are crushed with the actual fruit, essential oils from the fruit and/or herbs, to create some seriously flavorful sensations!!! Our fresh pressed olive oil retains the natural flavors, vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and other healthy products of the ripe olive fruit.

WildCheff Blood Orange Olive Oil made by mixing extra virgin Arbequina, Arbosano, and Koroneiki olive oil with oil distilled from blood oranges. It is fabulous for drizzling on shrimp, wild and free-range game, game birds and organic chicken prior to seasoning with your favorite WildCheff Spice Blend. Also good in salad dressings and on steamed vegetables.

WildCheff Lemon Olive Oil is made by mixing organic extra virgin olive oil with oil distilled from lemon peel. It is excellent on fish, organic chicken, game birds, antelope, organic pork and wild boar, salads and any application where the natural flavor of the olive and lemon is desired.

WildCheff’s Porcini Olive Oil is almost beyond description; it is an experience all of its own!!! The earthy woodsy flavor of porcini is combined with extra-virgin olive oil to create this  amazing product. This olive oil is great for enhancing stews, steaks, pot pies, risotto and pasta dishes. WildCheff Lime Olive Oil is made by mixing extra virgin olive oil with oil distilled from lime peel. It is intense and flavorful. It is fabulous drizzled on fajitas, tortilla soup, in ceviche, with watermelon and feta salad, in salsas, guacamole and fish tacos. The list goes on and on, and seems to lean  heavily to Tex/Mex and Spanish foods.
