Jalapeño Flakes

WildCheff Jalapeño Flakes are air-dried and rank 6-7 on a heat scale of 10. These are great to use in anything that you want to taste that jalapeño flavor in; guacamole, pizza, pasta dishes, marinades, venison or stuffed game that is wrapped in bacon and grilled.

Suggested Uses: Chili, pizza, pasta, marinades, vinaigrette, guacamole.
