WildCheff Mediterranean Spice Blend is a pungent and versatile blend accented by oregano and garlic. Because of its herb and garlic character, it’s a natural fit for focaccia, stuffed peppers and potato dishes. It also adds excellent flavor to a classic Ossa Bucca, or can be used for homemade Greek dressings, cold orzo salads, fish dishes that feature olives, seasoning lamb, or any number of Mediterranean styled recipes.

Suggested Uses: Stuffed artichokes, stuffed peppers, Greek salad, marinated olives, dressings, marinades, focaccia, Osso Buco, fish.
