WildCheff Sagebrush Spice Blend is a seasoning for game steaks, kabobs, stew meat and roasts. It also works well on upland game birds, in stuffing that will accompany or being inserted into your game, as well as for creating delicious wild game gravy. It can be used for all types of game including deer, moose, caribou, elk, antelope, buffalo, wild boar, rabbit, bear and game birds. Can also be used with beef, pork, chicken and turkey.
