WildCheff Tex/Mex Spice Blend adds vibrant flavor and just the right amount of heat to your Tex/Mex cooking. This blend works great in dishes such as chili, steak, game bird, chicken, pork or fish fajitas, taco dip, chili rellenos, Tex/Mex lasagna, Texas King Ranch casserole, rice and beans, quesadillas and Tex/Mex steak. Tex/Mex Blend combines 7 different types of chilies and peppers that include Jalapeno and chipotle. The depth of flavor is derived from the chilies, combined with cumin, garlic, onion and other unique herbs.
