As a tv personality, WildCheff has filmed for numerous Networks such as Food Network, Discovery Channel, NBC Sports, Sportsman Channel, Outdoor Channel, and other notable networks. He was the featured Game Chef for 25 years working in a Partnership with NH Fish & Game for their television show NH Wild Side and for online streaming recipes. He has also been a guest game chef on numerous shows.

He has played Co-Host for celebrity IHeart Radio and Podcast programs that featured celebrities from music, movies, television, and professional sports who enjoy the outdoor lifestyle. A sampling includes Charlie Daniels, Henry Winkler “The Fonz”, Craig Morgan, Louise Mandrel, General “Stormin’ Norman” Schwarzkopf, Ted Nugent, Wade Boggs, John Havlicek, Goose Gossage, QB Jim Kelly, and Tucker Carlson.

WildCheff has been requested to cook for countless celebrities some of which include Duck Dynasty Stars, QB Tom Brady, Rob “Gronk” Gronkowski, Randy Moss, Ted Nugent, and Michael Jordan.

As the Founder of the Free-Range Culinary Institute (1995), Denny has educated thousands of individuals and organizations over the past 30+ years. Through seminars, demonstrations, clinics, and trade appearances, he has worked with every major sporting organization in the country, all producers that represent game-to-the-plate such as the National Bison Association, and he has interned with students and graduate chefs from some of the top culinary schools in the country - Johnson & Wales, Culinary Institute of America, Le Cordon Blue; schools noted for producing chefs such as Giada, Anthony Bourdain, Cat Cora, Todd English, and Emeril Lagasse.

If that wasn’t enough, Denny also created an extensive preservative-free culinary product line that supports a natural eating lifestyle and elevates the flavor of indigenous and sustainable food.

The WildCheff Concept is rooted in origins from a simpler time when the “farm and field to table” concept applied to every household in America. WildCheff’s owner, Chef Denny Corriveau, grew up hunting in the New England woods and fishing along the mountain streams with his family. He learned from an early age proper game handling and preparation techniques. After decades of creating culinary masterpieces for family and friends he was inspired to share his expertise with a larger audience. In 1995 he launched WildCheff Enterprises to critical acclaim.

Chef Corriveau has combined his French and Native Metis heritage of distinctive generational recipes for a variety of wild game and sustainable meats, integrated with his extensive culinary education and expertise to develop a style of game preparation that is truly one-of-a-kind. His unique style combined with his proven methodologies form the pillars of WildCheff Enterprises.
